To ensure the highest quality finish, each STU forged wheel is meticulously hand-sanded and deburred post-machining. Each wheel with a brushed finish goes through a fine hand-sanding process of up to six hours, to create an even brushed appearance across its full surface.

After manual preparation, all forged wheels go through a 7-stage pre-treatment cleaning process to eliminate contaminants before powder coating. This pre-treatment ensures a significantly stronger and more uniform finish after the powder coating application.

STU is equipped with advanced surface treatment facilities, including a painting & coating line with Independent Air Circulation System. 95% of the surface treatment of STU forged wheels is completed in-house, which guarantees excellent product quality and ensures timely delivery.

Surface treatments include: various color painting finish, powder coating finish, two-tone painting finish, brushed finish, fine polished finish, anodized finish, chromed finish, PVD chromed finish, etc.

Each custom performance forged wheels made by STU will be carefully checked before packaging.
